"I paid for one year rental insurance and I have the 12 rental policy with me. To my greatest surprise, they took from my credit card and told me that I paid for only six months. I called the general customer service they told me that I paid for annual that I should call my local office to know why they did that. On Monday when I called them they said that the payment was for another six months. That I paid for only six months. They said that they will report and mess my credit up. Guess what I let it go but I decided not to do business with them again. Liars One of them mentioned that the rental price went up in Colorado and others are saying different things. Please don't do business with these people. You will regret it. I am positive"
